It’s been my experience that most students begin their research with Google. This is not ideal, especially when they have a trove of quality resources at their fingertips either as a CSI dual credit student, a resident of Idaho, or simply an internet-savvy citizen. Accessing these resources may take a little longer than using Google but good research takes time. The benefits of the CSI Library website, LiLI.org and Open Access resources far outweigh the miniscule amount of time saved by using a search engine that is ultimately more concerned with selling you stuff than it is with providing quality information.
